  • I went here for over ten years, for my hair & eyebrows. I switched locations for my hair but I stuck with the same girl for eyebrows. Eventually, I wasn't satisfied with my hair cuts for the price it is set at. I felt that for the cost I should be blown away. I loved my eyebrows through. However, one bad experience ruined this location for me. :( ever since then, I have not returned... I was getting my hair & makeup done for prom. I loved my hair. My makeup was good, I just had to get used to it, but I was turned off by a sequence of events. Prior to coming, I asked if I needed to purchase anything & they said no. Keep in mind I was on a very tight schedule because my group had a lot of activities planned for the day. I spent a lot of money on my makeup & she didn't have false eyelashes... Seriously. I had never applied them before at the time & was nervous. She told me to go to Walmart & have a girl in the limo do them. Really? After the amount I paid? I told her that wouldn't be okay & she seemed VERY upset that we had to go to Ulta next door so she could do them. I didn't even get my lips done after all this. This seems like a minor problem, but for a girl on Prom who is spending HUNDREDS, on one day, a salon like this should make everything go right. My mom was very upset too, we paid before the makeup was done so we really didn't expect this to happen. I went back to the girl who did my hair for prom just to ask about a pricing detail. It was very awkward as she didn't remember me at all, less than a month later... She wanted to charge me $40 to color one piece of hair, which didn't seem right to me or the hair stylist I go to now. Sorry Euphoria, but I've never come back & probably never will. I don't even wanna spend my gift cards.
