  • Shout out to Tim and his team! They're some honest, professional and courteous people! Something wasn't right with the A/C unit at my parents' house. After reading all of the great reviews about NRS, I decided to give them a call. I called this morning and they arrived at my parents' home within an hour or so thereafter. He and his partner took a look at the unit and it turns out, there wasn't anything wrong. Tim said that fan on the unit will shut off on its own if it feels like it's going to overheat. He also said that if it does it again, to give him a call and they'll replace it for about $450. This was a huge relief for my parents as they were stressing thinking it was going to be an obscene amount of money to fix the unit. They didn't even charge my parents anything! Truly glad that good, honest professionals still exist in this world! They are every bit of the excellent reviews they've received! If possible, I'd give them 10 stars instead of five! Thanks, Tim & Co.! You guys ROCK!!!
