  • The management at this store must REALLY be struggling! It's all about training, recipe's, and cleanliness folks! This is a very busy location, and in the heart of the morning they only have one cashier...and that individual does not understand how to work with the POS system. Then the drink was done to taste weak and gross...how difficult is it to make a chai tea latte...its a mix!? On top of that...they were out of napkins and other essentials, and all the areas to prep coffee or sit down were filthy dirty. I need a new coffee option by my work! Any suggestions?
