| - Disappointed. We bought one of their revive beds -the bed is fine, but the customer service was mediocre from the point of purchase to delivery. As we were paying, the sales person, who happens to be one of the managers, kept getting interrupted from his other associates asking him for assistance. He kept apologizing, and still kept getting interrupted throughout the entire time of purchase. Seven days pass, got a call around 9a from its delivery guys that they will be there in 20 mins, during set up come to find out, the what's supposed to be 6 legged bed frame, only came with 4. Delivery dude says, he is going to call customer service to let them know. Right away as soon as they left, mind you, we didn't let them unwrap everything else bc what's the point of setting up the bed without the bed frame...We called Living Spaces customer service to let them know what happened, and both times we called they hang up on us. They said that all calls are recorded.. the first rep we spoke to is named is Danielle, and didn't get the 2nd rep. Ended up going to the actual store where we bought the beddings and rep there said, delivery guy didn't place anything in about our issue. What was supposed to happen is for the delivery dudes to call customer rep and put the consumer on the phone; which is what didn't happen. We ended up buying a 2nd bed frame.. or else we wait for their delivery dudes to come back after 3p-12am to have another delivery. Pretty much if we didn't, we would be waiting for the whole day for delivery on something they messed up on.. So, since it's thanksgiving and it's that time to be thankful... thank you Living Spaces. I hope with this review you guys can help provide better service next time to us and others.
