| - This is a business hotel located behind the Wynn golf course adjacent to the Convention Center, the lobby/bar area is nice, but cocktails at $12 (well liquor) are closer to strip prices. We stayed at this hotel because we needed a room for a quick overnight as we had an early departure on Sunday. It was adquate. The room was bland, the desk light did not work, maybe it was not plugged in, I did not check. The decor was grey, beige, boring, the bed was comfortable. The small bathroom had the necessary features but nothing special (eg cheap toilet seat, not the type that closes without slamming). I requested a non-adjoining room as they can be noisy, that request was not honored but was a non-issue.
I just checked website for an upcoming Saturday and it came up at $109, we paid about $50 more through Expedia so much for their great deals, but that's for another review. So check directly with hotel website before using a travel site. I would not stay here other than for business, the other guests we met were in town for conferences, kids sporting events. A huge departure from the Wynn Encore where we stayed the previous two nights, but considering our early departure did not want to pay $350+ for the Saturday night at the Wynn (which is the most expensive night at Vegas strip hotels. BTW, not comparing this to Wynn, had no expectation it would come close, was just a bit of a let down, like when you fly first class on an upgrade and then back to coach on the return flight.
Bottom line, if you want a non-gaming property with reasonable rates near the strip and the convention center, this will do.
