  • Needed a new set of tires for my 04 Sequoia. Called around diff tire shops here in surprise, including Big O tires. After getting a quote from Big O, decided to compare to Discount Tires. Not only was the gentleman I spoke with courteous and professional, he was very knowledgeable too. Being a woman I sometimes feel stuff like this, aka car maintenance/tires I don't know squat about. Of course I had my husbands guidance, but for the most part I made the calls, asked the questions, etc. Not only did Discount Tires let me know my options, the also price matched Big O. I'm not saving $ I say, but the tires were by far a better quality than Big O. Made my appt for that same day, showed up 15 mins early, checked me in right away. Made sure my price match was in the computer, and it was! They took my keys, I took off , they called me when done ( about an hour), everything was handled in a timely, professional manner. Very happy customer, will recommend.
