Been here a few times for my Jetta and the work ok but on the more pricier side. Customer service some area of improvement. I had a person (Chad) ring up my purchase and I used a credit which was issued by the dealership. He told me I had to let him know why kind of payment type prior to paying them, FYI no one told me I had to clarify what type of payment type I was using. He told me he couldn't ring me up because it was "too hard". Then he asked another worker if he can process the card and he said he was "locked out" of the website. Why issue a credit card to customers if you are not able to process payments with the card? I also got a call from their customer service rep and they said they would try to figure out a solution or try to do something about the situation. Haven't heard from anyone yet. Hopefully my repairs last until the warranty ends so I don't have to go back to this dealership again.
