I discovered Flight Network by means of Kayak while searching for a flight to Greece.
I paid for everything upfront and about a month later received an email telling me: "We're reaching out today as there was a slight price increase during your booking process. We have processes in place to absorb such price increases however, due to a technical glitch, we noticed that a small amount of bookings did not have a price increase refund processed, yours being one of those. This glitch happened over a particular time frame and has since been resolved for any future bookings made on our website."
As well as that I'd receive a refund in 3-5 days in the amount of 244.00 CAD.
I was happy that they caught their oops, and awaited this refund.
It never happened.
I called, and they told me that they saw it went through.
It didn't.
Eventually they email me again, telling me they messed up again, and that I'm due to receive even less.
I commented how frustrating it was to be told one amount, to not receive it, then to have to essentially nudge them again, only to receive less, because they messed up again.
But hey, I'm waiting another 3-5 days.
Let's see if this time is the charm.
I haven't left the states yet, and I'm already concerned with this company.
Avoid at all costs.
