  • Dan helped my wife and I purchase our home in North Scottsdale in late 2010. Before we settled on our final home, we looked at dozens of properties with Dan. Dan has a great vehicle, he always showed us very narrowly tailored set of properties each weekend and he knows the Scottsdale markets so so well. He is patient, knowledgeable, sharp and pleasant to work with. When it came to bidding on our house, we were up against seven competing offers. Dan was critical in our ultimate success in securing the house. His negotiations skills are top notch, the best I've seen, and we have bought a lot of houses over the years. Also, it is nice working with Dan directly because he is the broker of record. You're not dealing with some large real estate firm, you're dealing with Dan alone and he runs your deal from start to finish. We will be hiring him again.
