  • Warning: Will double charge you! Charged when car was picked up, and then charged again when dropped off. Shady workers, shady practices, shady business. Avoid like the plague! Workers that can't be bothered to recognize customers. They just write it down, then act like you're supposed to know what's next. What ever happened to customer service? Show a little pride, and at least pretend you like the company you work for. Add to that, the DOUBLE charging ($600 to rent a small car a few days??? C'mon, people!) this business ought to be reported to the Better Business Bureau.
