Some of the cheapest and high quality Chinese pastries I've had in my life. Walk in, grab a tray with wax paper and tongs, and feast away. You really can't go wrong whether you try a sweet bun, like black sesame (one of my faves), coconut, custard; or a savory bun, like BBQ pork. Seriously, none of the buns I've eaten here have been bad. NONE.
Things to know: Make sure you choose the savory buns that come out of the hot oven for best freshness. Also keep in mind if you arrive right at opening time 9AM, there is not much selection of fresh pastries yet, but later in the day actually ain't bad. Prices are between $1.50-$2.00 for just about everything. At checkout you may receive your pastries in individual bags or a box. Cash or CDN debit accepted here so beware.
