  • My AC went out 3 different times in the summer time. It took them up to 2 weeks to fix. Living in Arizona that is just inhumane. I was pregnant the last time it went out and it still took them 5 days to fix! They do not treat their tenants with respect and could care less about any issues they face with the property. We were good tenants and always paid on time however my husband and myself were both cussed out by both the maintenance guy and one of the gals in the office. The turn over in the office is ridiculous, you never see a familiar face. Save yourself the hassle and do not rent any of their properties!!
