  • I had a very different experience than the other reviewers -- an excellent European facial, delivered efficienctly. There was very little chit-chat about my skin (a trained esthetician can make her own observations) and no attempts to sell products, which meant that the full 45 minutes was spent on my facial, not on spa upselling. My skin looks and feels great, and I'll definitely be back for another facial. I also had a massage from an RMT, which was quite good, but I really didn't like the paper sheets on the massage table. The place is small, and is on the 4th floor of a downtown commercial building, so definitely not your standard spa/salon atmosphere, but it was cozy and friendly.
