  • Once you go Mac, you'll never go back. I have had my iMac since 2007 and have no complaints. When I have taken it in for maintenance, the staff at the Biltmore Apple Store have been extremely helpful and attentive. Customer service is emphasized not only with the genius bar, but associates on the floor. Despite the chaos that occurs, it is very easy to find someone to help you.
