I used Uber for first time on Fri 6/10 ride to destination was fine! The Return a nightmare! First driver showed up was in car ready to go, she then said my Urber was right behind in a big tan pickup, so I went to that truck & that guy took me to my 2.5 mile destination & stated to just pay him $10 cash off the books so I did. Turns out In between both cars somehow my new $750 iPhone was left in one car! The customer support is unable to help so far after 5 days & can't get into my account to see who last driver was since it's keeps saying password needs to be reset but will not let me! Advice to all be VERY LEARY of this company, something just doesn't seem right, today's technology they should be able to pinpoint who has my property!!
