Really bad experience!
After three years of being their customer an agent tells me he doesn't care!!!!!!!! If I cancel my service.
I called because i had questions about my bill.... every time they have an opportunity they try to increase your bill so i decided to cancel after agent telling me my bill is going to go up... long story short! Cox needs to train their agents better. You don't tell your customers they don't care if you cancel service even if they don't care!!!!!!!
