  • Don't stay here. Managers are not interested in customer service. Won't police the floors at night. Walls are paper thin where you can hear normal conversation in the hall as if it's in your room. Shower doors aren't installed correctly so you get puddles on your bathroom floor. Breakfast is gross. Instant eggs and razor thin bacon. Made to order omelettes aren't much better than instant eggs. They charge $20 per day parking!!! Pool is always full of kids since they have lessons there. At first glance this place looks nice but stay there for two weeks and you'll see it's not worth the money. This was a business trip with four other co-workers and none of us were impressed. The biggest issue was the lack of privacy in this hotel. When you are traveling for work a good nights sleep is important. If you want to be well rested do not stay here. I will be in touch with our booking agency and have this hotel remove from our preferred list. We conduct training in this area and in order to maximize training value we will no longer use this hotel.
