  • Do not use this company! The bottom basement prices will surely lure you to purchase their bus tickets. However, this will be a huge mistake on your part as this company has absolutely no interest in taking care of you the customer. Last night (9/1) the bus was to arrive at 8:15pm at the Reno Transportation Center then depart shortly thereafter en route to Las Vegas. While waiting outside on the benches since 7:45pm, no bus arrived at the location the passenger was instructed to be at. Understanding that busses can be late, we called at 8:58pm to gain clarification from dispatch as to the ETA of the bus. We were told that the bus was caught in traffic and is on the way. Per dispatch, the bus should be there in 30 minutes. If the bus did not arrive, we were instructed to call back. At 9:41pm no bus had arrived. We called dispatch and they asked us to give our contact information and they would call the driver to find out where he was. At 10:04pm we were informed that the passenger had missed the bus. WHAT? So we were flat out lied to when we spoke with the person upon our first call? Yep. The rep (who had no knowledge of what the first person told us) said they would look into this and call us back. At 10:21pm we received a call and we're told that the bus was en route toLas Vegas and there is nothing else they can do for us at this time. However, we were told to expect a call today from R******e during business hours regarding what had transpired. So we wait, wait, and wait some more for a phone call that were expecting to come today (9/2). At 3:40pm we called to speak with R******e. When we called S****r informed us that R******e was not in the office and was in fact out on vacation until after the holiday and would be back on Tuesday (9/5). This was now the second time we were lied to. Again, this company does not care about their customers and is grossly negligent in going about how they conduct business. I will update this post as soon as I hear from R******e on Tuesday. Please don't hold your breath. Supervisor R******e called promptly on Tuesday morning as promised. A full refund of the fare was offered and accepted. An update when the payment has been refunded is forthcoming. Very promising as compared to our earlier communications with this company. ** Update, this company did come through in the end and refunded the cost of our trip (not the airfare I had to purchase at the last minute) but I felt they made this mostly right. **
