  • Please stop telling me I can buy things online. I am aware of the internet, everyone is! If you don't have something, just say that, don't try to get me to buy something online when I am standing in your store. If I want to shop online, I don't drive to a store, nobody does. I know the employees are trying to follow direction from management, but it is insulting and not helpful at all. Physical stores need to keep a good selection, just stock what people need, don't try to sell them on having an item delivered in next week. Nonsense.
