  • We will never take our pups to this place again. This grooming place is disgusting and unprofessional. We had an appointment in the early morning, and Colton was not done until almost closing. I can understand a walk in yes, but it was the fact that we had an appointment and said he would be done at 3PM. They told us that they would give us a call when he was done but since we were in the area we decided to show up at 3:30PM. What really bothered me was that the lady at the front desk made fun of us for being first time dog owners. So unprofessional. Our rescue dog, Colton, can be very skiddish and shy since he was abused. So YES, we were concerned how he would do and showed up when they said he would be done. Oh & when we showed back up the second time (when he was done) they had left him in a tiny cage with no water. Seriously?! This place is pathetic.
