  • Harry was very nice when he helped me. But the customer service is lacking when it comes to more people coming in and the techs being busy. When I dropped off my phone several people came into the store and just stood there. Not once did any of the techs say hi, good afternoon, or we will be with you when we can. But when I was being helped he was very nice and helpful. When I can back to pick up my phone he greeted me with a wave since he was on the phone. But my phone works and fingers crossed it stays working for a long time.
