  • We were charged double for our taxes this year with no notice. We were charged $600 for our 2015 returns and $1100 for 2016. We were told reason for the increase was because my company showed a profit in 2016. They were doing my personal taxes not my company taxes. The company taxes had been done by another accountant in a different state. My company profit should not have had anything to do with the price they charged for personal taxes. We tried to get the price lowered but than they told us that it cost them a lot of money to file our taxes. The app makes you pick at least one star. A zero was my intention. I was really surprised they sent me an email requesting a review.
