  • I started training with Alice in June 9, 2014, weighting at 219 pounds. I have high blood pressure and high cholesterol, basically I was one foot in the grave at the age of 31 years old. As of now I have lost 26 pounds weighting at 193 pounds and I been off my medication for 2 months and I have more energy. Alice is amazing trainer. I have work with different trainers before and none of them are like Alice because she gears your diet and exercise to your personal needs. I have one bad foot, 2 years ago I had foot surgery on my left foot to correct some flat foot issue. However, I could not get my foot back to what it was before the surgery. Since I been working with Alice the last 3 months my left foot is getting stronger. She helps me rehab my foot while losing weight. As she works with me to achieve my transformation. Her expertise in nutrition is phenomenon because I'm not very good in the kitchen and I'm lazy. My mom always tell me to get out of the kitchen before I burn it down. Therefore, Alice help me get the right nutrition in my body so I have more energy to workout. She gives me easy recipe to follow that does not involve the stove, so my mom does not get mad at me. She will suggest healthy microwave meals to eat for lunch or dinner and a smoothie for breakfast or a healthy meal replacement bar. As I get better understanding on cooking I could convince my mom to let me use the stove. That would be a different story. As far as my workout routine I train with her 4 times a week and she is awesome and very professional. When I train with different trainers I know my routine for example it will be one day lower body and one day upper body, so my body would get use to the workout. My workouts with Alice is unpredictable because she changes it on me everyday for example one day I could be cross training from upper and lower to intense cardio kick boxing to suspension training, and the next day would be intense strength training on different muscle group to core training. My body reacts to this type of workout differently and it keeps it challenging for me and I truly sweat. Every time I train I will be drench in sweat and a lot of the exercise is low impact because of my foot. Wow! If you have goals that you want to meet and want to achieve complete mind and body transformation then Alice is the trainer for you. She will keep you on your toes and make sure you stay on target base on your personal goals and fitness level. No matter what happens she always has an smile on her face to get you through your workout.
