  • I have to say, I'm not terribly impressed. I mean, with all the hype, I was half expecting to derive some sort of sexual pleasure from my hamburger. It didn't happen. THE GOOD: Hamburgers are pretty good (Although I've had better) Service is always great They'll put your order in a box if you're eating it in the car THE BAD: The fries suck. I'm sorry, but they do. They're terrible. It's not exactly "fast food" when there are 375,918,003 customers waiting in line. I'm not thrilled with the "secret menu" thing. Seriously, if I have to be a Navajo Code Talker to order off your damn menu, that's not cool. BOTTOM LINE: In-N-Out makes for a nice change of pace. The burgers are certainly better than say, McDonald's or Burger King. A little more expensive than your average fast food establishment, but all the cool kids eat here.
