Amazing Yoga has many good instructors in my opinion. Some offer focus on postures and strength, others on the more meditative aspects and attuning to your own present moment.
I have one wish for this studio. Please turn down the heat/humidity. I know it's hot yoga, but it's just too hot. I can understand the added heat and humidity making it easier to begin the practice with warm muscles, but I see no reason to create an atmosphere that is so hot people are dripping within minutes into the practice. I think Amazing Yoga could take it down ten degrees in both temp and humidity and still provide a beneficial atmosphere. Please turn down the heat...and this is coming from someone who's always freezing!
