  • I have never used this company, but somehow was double charged on one of my credit cards. There was ZERO customer service support available, they kept sending generic emails. I asked so many times for someone to call me so we could fix the situation, everytime they would respond with a generic email. Finally the last email I received said to contact the person who had charged my card and they were gracious enough to give me their first name. Some company...so beware apparently anyone can use your information and they'll just bombard you with emails. Luckily I was able to get the situation taken care of thru Paypal and my bank. Just disappointing that in this day and age a company would have no customer service department available to help with something like what happened to me.
