  • I called these guys after reading their reviews on Yelp. We were having issues with on of our AC units, which would come on but would not blow cold air upstairs. They called me right back and advised me they could try and check out the issue that night. Shortly thereafter, Tim texted me and told me he would be over in ten minutes. When they arrived, they put booties over their shoes and headed to the upstairs thermostat. After a few minutes, Tim explained that the issue was with my Nevada Power thermostat and not the AC unit and he showed me how the electrical parts on the thermostat were screwy. Honesty. Knowing that I would not need them for this issue, I asked Tim how much I could pay him for the service and diagnostic. His response? NOTHING. I asked him several more times how much I could pay him for the service call and he continued responding nothing. Amazing. In addition, Tim and his partner showed me how to fix the thermostat myself! They even went so far as to draw a diagram and provide me with two shaved wires to use. These guys go above and beyond. These positive Yelp reviews are spot on!
