  • I read some previous reviews of other people and I strongly agree that customer service is horrible at this place!! Facilities are good, they have a nice juice bar downstairs, lots of equipment to exercise, but there is absolutely No Customer Service! People who work there are rude, roll their eyes if you need to ask them a question and interrupt them from their "important" chit-chat!
