  • I went to this store today to get a new phone to replace my broken one. I encountered the rudest customer service and I have cancelled my rogers family plan because of it. These workers must work on commission because once I told the salesman I didn't want an iPhone X or to spend a lot of money on a new phone he basically shut down, refused to go through my options to make buying a new phone cheaper and told me this is all he can do because "you signed a contract." Absolutely unacceptable.
