The hostess was pleasant. The waiter was courteous and efficient. For the most part the experience was fine, but we went as a group and most of us echoed what many previous reviews say: it's just plain overpriced. The food is Denny's quality and Morton's prices.
I got the Cobb Salad which should be easy, but right away my problem was that it was $17 and mostly a plate of iceberg lettuce with a few other ingredients thrown on to break up the bland, pale green presentation. I expect a bowl of iceberg lettuce to masquerade as a "salad" at McDonald's or maybe as a dinner salad included with a meal at Denny's. Otherwise iceberg lettuce should never be used outside of a nursing home.
My companions had several other dishes, but all had the same feedback, nothing really wrong, but the prices seemed way out of line for the quality of food that they got. If you are going to spend $20 to $30 a person for a meal (before alcohol or dessert), you have much, much better options.
