  • Worst service I have ever paid for. Chose a 2nd rate AC repair company to respond to AC issues we had - never got fixed after 3 service requests. I bit the bullet and got a more reputable repair service to fix the issue. I requested OG to reimburse me for the out of pocket repairs which they declined. Checked with multiple other services (AC repair, plumbing, electricians) and all cited One Guard is horrible, pays pennies on the dollar for the services, is often delayed in dispatching services, and often declines requests for repairs. SAVE yourself headache and wasted $$ - seek coverage elsewhere.
