  • Please do NOT order photo booth with FOCUS. Do not get sucked into their promotion price of $500. It seems like a deal, but it does not come with a backdrop. The attendant at the photo booth at my wedding was not helpful at all. Guest's feedback was that he did not provide any help or instruct the guests of how the photo booth would be used. I have been to other weddings's photo booth (of cuz from another company) and the attendant was very enthusiastic, which is nothing like focus booth. It does not bring up the vibe at the wedding. I remember the attendant was just standing there and did not talk to the guests at all. As well, on the website, it says you would get back the softcopy right away, however i did not files back until 2 months after. I had to follow up a few times to get the copies back. Their reason was that the booth was still out at other events, so they are not able to get the SD card back. They are also ONLY prompt with replying e-mails when you inquires about questions, but after that it will take them a while to respond. Also, the store is opened by appointment only, if you go at a random time, no one will be there and if you call their number, no one will answer either.
