  • Made the mistake of booking carpet cleaning a week later than I wanted. Needed it that weekend, so I called them to cancel. Guy on the phone says 'hang on, let me check our schedule...' Guy on the phone comes back in one minute and says 'Between 3-5 today work?' 3:20 and in rolls Dallin, who slam dunks the job in less than an hour. I truly appreciate the way the business, and the people represent ZeroRez, they've been the best carpet service I've dealt with. This is our fourth time with you and we'd never call anyone else. Thanks!
