  • We've never been here before and will never come again. We came with some beautiful young ladies to treat them to dinner and a Musical. What should have been a pleasant evening immediately became one of disrespect & ignorance. When I walked in with my daughter and her friends to get them a table I asked the hostess for a table for them & a table for myself and my husband. I was immediately told," we don't split parties" and the hostess made a face of disgust at me. I then, calmly, stated to her that there would be separate checks and that she should seat our two different parties as requested. She & the young man then gave me the ugliest faces in front of my daughter and her friends. When I asked to speak to the manager he came out and it was apparent that he wanted to defend his host staff more than he wanted to fix the situation with the poor customer service. Needless to say we didn't stay, and we won't darken their doorstep ever again. We value ourselves, but obviously they didn't feel the same. When did it become okay to treat customers with such blatant displays of ignorance?
