  • Made an appointment to get a haircut cut. When I showed up 5 minutes earlier I was told my stylist wasn't there yet. Later I heard someone on the phone to stylist being asked if she was coming in. I walked toward person on phone, she looks at me saying stylist wasn't coming in. I wasn't offered someone else to cut my hair, she got on phone. I wasn't going to stand there like an idiot so I walked out. This place is a disgrace, No Customer Service whatsoever! I wish I would've read reviews before I made appointment. Way too many complaints! How does this place stay in business? I'll never return and I will tell everyone of the bad experience and tell people not to waste their time going to such a dump!!!!
