We were at an arcade nearby while I suddenly craved for something sweet. A friend of mine, who is from Vegas, told us that Vegas has some interesting desert places. I didn't want to leave without trying any. Plus, it looks like I was the only one in my friend group who has not tried rolled ice cream.
We ordered the dragon queen, which was a mixture of house ice cream, dragon fruit and condensed milk, topped with mango and dragon fruit. It was so delicious. I love that the ice cream base hit the right level of sweetness that I could taste the creaminess of the ice cream. Also, dragon fruit and mango tasted wonderful together. Rolling the ice cream not only makes it look pretty but might have increased the density of the ice cream, too!
We also get the honey dew milk tea. It was really good. I would order half sugar next time because the sourness of honey dew make it a really refreshing drink when paired with the ice cream.
