I appreciated being able to take the strollers outside to try them out and compare models - even though the floor model of the stroller we were mainly interested in was broken. When we finally decided which one to purchase, we were given the option to pick it up in store. Since it was such a high price item, we decided that picking it up would be the best option. A couple months later, we received an e-mail saying that they had shipped it directly to our house...which would have only been mildly irritating if they hadn't also gotten our unit number wrong. Once we figured out that it had gone to the wrong house, we were told to just go knock on the door ourselves. Thankfully, we have honest neighbors who had kept it in their garage for safekeeping since they didn't know why someone else's name but their address was on it. But because of their work schedule, it resulted in us having to go to the home of someone we've never even met at almost 10 at night. We felt like we had to do this since there was never any discussion of resolution from the store - just that they were still waiting to hear back from FedEx regarding their investigation. I wish I could recommend coming here since I wanted to support a local business but I'll be going someplace else for a convertible seat and highchair.
