  • I dropped my car off for a new set of tires and to have them try to fix the back window. The back window wouldn't stay rolled up all the way. I was pretty disappointed when I picked up my car and the window was now completely down inside the door. They didn't even mention what happened with the window, I had to ask. I was told that they tried to fix it but once it fell inside the door they couldn't do anything unless I scheduled another appointment and brought it back in. I couldn't just leave my window down so I went home and googled how to fix it. It took me a couple of hours including researching the issue but I'm pretty sure they could have done it in less than thirty minutes. They called me to pick up the car a few hours before they closed so I don't know why they didn't fix the window.
