  • I've always been one to question Best Buy's customer service but after today I will only speak praise of them! I purchased a MacBook Pro and was having difficulty with storage and it was running very slow. I had only had the machine less than a week. I went in and ask if they could make this right for me. The manager Britney went above and beyond to rectify the situation and I walked a very happy shopper! Best Buy just got themselves a forever and loyal shopper.
