  • Yikes. This place needs better organization with their staff. I called ahead my order but still had to stand in the long line. I even asked several hostesses what I should do but I wasn't helped. 20 minutes in line before I finally got to the cash register to pick up my to go order. Even though the girl wrote down the order correctly on the ticket (chorizo scramble) I got a chorizo burro--so I end up paying a dollar extra for an item that's cheaper and not what I ordered. The food is pretty good itself but pretty basic....definitely not worth the wait and the stress of ordering and getting incorrect items. My experience was very stressful. They have about 6 girls working there all seeming confused and running around in every which way getting things mixed up. I may go back to pick up just bagels but nothing else that requires much effort on their end.
