| - Three Little Birds customer service was off the charts. My only regret in giving them a 5/5 star ranking is that I could not give them an extra 10 stars, which were beyond deserved.
TLB seriously saved my invites for my wedding! After dealing with another company who had majorly messed up our order and had deplorable customer service, with a refreshingly caring and positive attitude TLB jumped in to do a complex rush order for us right before the holidays - and nailed it!
Despite being on the other side of the nation ( I live in SF), I will hire these guys for every single stationary and printing project I have for the rest of my life.
The following reasons explain why:
* After scrambling and calling a million printers, I couldn't find a better turnaround time NATION WIDE! Seriously, they made it their mission to help me make my super tight deadline. It was mind blowing a company personally invested so much, and right before the holidays. They took the initiative to call the shipping companies, and their vendors to get me the best turnaround time possible.
* Their communication is nothing short of stellar. I received an email with updates every step of the way. They took pictures of pieces they received for my approval. They were super responsive to every email.
* Their work product was flawless. Usually with complex projects being executed on such a tight timetable, things may not turnout as you wished. I had the exact opposite experience with TLB. Despite the rush, their work product was BETTER than had imagined. I was amazed by the quality and attention to detail when I received my package.
* Most importantly, there is a spirit and a client service standard at TLB, that you won't receive anywhere else. I thought I was just calling a printer, who knew I would be getting a friend out of the deal. They are so friendly, so personally invested in your projects, and so eager to help - I am genuinely touched and forever grateful. Despite the 48 hour turnaround, they cared to delicately wrap each item, send me examples to inspire me on other projects they knew I was working on, and follow up with me to ensure I was satisfied. I could go on for days about their fun personalities and can-do attitude - but I will just sum it up by saying their customer service is beyond anything I could have imagined.
If you want the best service and best product ever - do yourself a favor and just book with TLB.
I have no idea what the other yelpers are talking about here. In every single aspect, my experience with TLB was beyond phenomenal.
