This place has steadily gone down hill over the last year. Vanig is great and definitely knows what he's doing. Here's what you have to put up with though to see him or the other staff. Appointments are 2-3 weeks out...and that's with an extra doctor than they had last year. Don't plan on seeing anyone on a short notice. Admin staff doesn't care and tells you to go to urgent care. And of course they don't care what that costs. Then we get to the billing. You're lucky if the bilking is done correctly. And GOD FORBID you call them out on it...even with proof of their screw up. Multiple phone calls with the same answer..."oh we'll get back to you". As you can imagine they never do. They charge you if you have to cancel an appointment within 24 hours...shitty policy but I can see they want to keep their appointments full. Here's the kicker...you pay the fee...they don't record it and continue to keep billing you for it. Twice I've gone in there with my bill statement and they can't find the same thing on their computers. Again multiple phone calls don't get it resolved. I had to bring my bank statement down to the office and get in someone's face before they took it off. As you can imagine they're happy to take a payment even though you're bill can't be corrected.
It's a shame, it really is. There are some GREAT doctors there, but clearly they have soo many clients they don't care how badly they are handled.
