  • Phenomenal customer service! Such a unique experience visiting Cerrata's. The sweet aroma wafts out the door as you first enter. Professional and friendly at every turn of the factory tour, to our tastings. Jill was a wonderful guide and it is very evident the pride and care that goes into the legacy of Cerrata's sweet treats. They offer tours at 10am and 1pm. Kids enjoyed tastings few of their treats during the tour as well. I love supporting businesses like these! The history and their community role in supporting other community vendors is told on the walls. So much pride in the technology they preserve from way back when. The tour will share that information, but we learned a lot about chocolate, caramel, and taffy production on our visit. Mr. Cerrata himself was busy working in the factory as we toured and he was so kind and smiling as he worked. I love that. It says a lot about a company when you see the owner themselves, working alongside their staff. We sampled and we took home these delicious treats to share with our family. I highly recommend a visit to Cerrata with your friends and family. Unique gifts and delicious finds.
