  • Jose and his staff at Sudden Impact are the best in Las Vegas and the most professional i've ever come across. My car got keyed and my insurance company only gave me a quote of $1500 to fix it. Jose told me to bring the car down and he would make sure the car gets fixed and would deal with my insurance company. Sure enough a couple days later my insurance claim rep called and said they we're going to pay more to get my car fixed right. Jose and his team told me a date my car would be done and actually finished a day ahead of schedule. He worked with my insurance company and they actually ended up paying over $5000 from my original $1500 claim. My car looked brand new, the work was flawless. There are a lot of auto shops that can repair cars for cheap but Sudden Impact goes the extra mile to make sure it's repaired or replaced correctly, always keeping the customer in the loop, and in a timely manner. I def. recommend any car needs, go to Sudden Impact. They also tinted my windows on a previous visit and my car looks great now.
