  • Wow...the stupidity in this place amazes me. I buy an item and ask about their price match policy. The cashier had no clue so she called over the supervisor. The supervisor said that they don't match prices. Their website has an entire page dedicated to their price match policy. I had to call and talk to the manager. The manager apologized, oh boy that's helped, and transferred me to customer service to the price match done over the phone. Guess what, they can't do that. I had to bring in PROOF, and they made it very clear that it had to be a store in the area and the item had to be identical. Duh, of course..they just made a huge point about it, sounding like they didn't want to price match at all. Well, I got my $5 back, but they lost a customer. I'll either hit Home Depot or just buy on Amazon from now.
