  • I called them today and asked how much they charge for full cleaning, including car seats, cause I have a big stains on them. Guy on the phone told me $25, I was surprised cause it's very cheap and I asked another two times if this price include car seats, and told him that they are very dirty and probably need a special cleaning. And he told me yes, it's include everything everything. So, I came couple hours later, paid $25, wait 45 min, gave $10 tips, open the door and see that my seats still the same. And when I asked the guy who washed my car why, he said that $25 doesn't include car seats. I get very mad that they gave me wrong information and I had to wait 45 min for nothing. Because the car seats was the main reason why I came in a first place. Oh, I forgot to add on my previous review. When I told a guy about it, he said that I can come back another day, and they'll give me a good price for just a car seats wash, which is $50 extra and they won't be able to do that today cause it's too hot outside. It was 4 p.m. They open till 6.30. I didn't start to argue cause I was running late, but I'm very unhappy with this service.
