They deserve ZERO STARS.
I took my 8 year old rabbit to Arizona Exotic Animal Hospital after just relocating here for urine sludge in September, asking if they had experience in rabbits & urine sludge Issues I was assured yes we have experienced Doctor's here that know how to care for rabbits & urine sludge, so I take my sick 8 year old rabbit to them, not only do they charge me $753 dollars to do tests (but no flushing of the bladder or no x-ray) & send us home just for him to not get any better now a little over month & a half later my lil guy is struggling with the same issues! So I choose NOT to take him back to this place as I have never had the issue come back so quickly it is normally a good year or year & half until another episode reoccurs. I take him to another Vet "AVIAN & EXOTIC ANIMAL CLINIC" & they immediately did an X-ray & found 9 kidney stones being the size of a 1/2 inch!! He needed surgery to remove these kidney stones! He must have been in tremendous pain, in addition to this she flushed his bladder as well & now has him on medication to help with bladder sludge issues in the future.... I could not be happier that I found a Vet that knows what they are doing & took care of my lil guy the way he should have been taken care of in the 1st place.
DO NOT TAKE YOUR RABBIT TO ARIZONA EXOTIC ANIMAL HOSPITAL, THEY DO NOT KNOW HOW TO CARE FOR YOUR RABBIT & YOU WILL BE THROWING MONEY DOWN THE DRAIN & THE WORST PART NOT HELPING YOUR LITTLE BABY EITHER.
Regretful that I ever went there & entrusted my rabbit to their care, thank heavens he is okay. Please heed my warning.
Respectful Animal and rabbit owner,
