  • Pros: Close to the apartment complex I live nearby, franchised company so foods and drinks are average and great costumer service when you receive any. Cons: Cleanliness isn't all that great, associates don't greet costumers, the overall vibe felt manufactured over personal and they barely leave the barista counter. Move around so I know that I know that this particular franchise is cared for and smile so I know they want happy costumers.
