  • We were scheduled to have a cleaning yesterday. Thirty minutes prior to the scheduled appt, we received an EMAIL, not even a phone call, stating that someone called in sick. On top of that, they rescheduled the appt for a different day without even calling. Luckily Groupon instantly refunded our money, but I would not trust this company at all. After reading some of the reviews on here, it looks like them not showing up was a good thing given their poor quality of work. Look elsewhere for maid service!!
