Purchased a 2013 Santa Fe. Sales experience was quick and easy besides them trying to convince me they paid $300 to tint the two front windows so I had to pay that. Once we got over that hurdle it went smoothly besides some long waits between steps.
Got the car home. Had to spend an hour detailing it where they missed a bunch of spots, and peeling off all the plastic on the interior they missed. Then had to clean up all sorts of glue residue they left over the car. A few days later I checked the car out before a 800 mile road trip. I'm glad I did. Even though the car only had 150 miles on it and was just purchased, they did a horrible job prepping it. All 4 tires were low. Some 3-4psi, others 6-7psi. The coolant was low and I had to add almost 1/2 a gallon. The brake fluid was overfull, the oil was overfull. I don't know how they let a car leave the dealership like that.
Another thing that annoyed me is the setup my Hyundai online account. They didn't give me any of the information, password, pin, or enter any of my info correctly. All they did was put San Tan as the serving dealership and set it up for service in a few thousand miles there. Had to spend an hour on the phone with Hyundai to get my account because I didn't know any of the security questions, password, or pin since they set it all up without my permission or knowledge.
I would not buy another car or take a car there just because of the issues, even though the sales experience was pretty good.
